I can't post new threads!

Hi,

I need your help, my users can't post any new threads anymre in my general discussion board. The second board is OK.
The Button "new thread" and "reply" has simply disappeared!

Even in text mode there's no possibilty anymore to post new threads / replys!

Help!!!
