I noticed that the file YaBB.cgi for SP1.2 = 11KB, while for SP1.3, it;s only 3KB.

Seems like a big drop. Is this right? Right the major file size reduction (I'm not complaining)

SP1.3 uses a seperate file for the actions hash.
