Problem of my board showing up

When I go to the link for my board sometimes it shows up and sometimes I have to refresh it....anyone know the fix for this???Thanks

if u're using 1.5.0, try upgrading to 1.5.1
if u're already using 1.5.1, try disabling output compression in Admin Center -> Installed Mods Settings

how hard is it to update??will it mess up alot of things...should i just delete the old board?

not hard
just download the upgrade package, upload all the new files (overwrite the old ones), then run upgrade.php

btw, its a good idea to make a database backup before doing upgrade
