I just installed the latest version (YaBB SE 1.5.1). I get that error instead of the live feed.  The only deviation I made in the installation was changing the CHMOD on the files in the main directory from 666 to 755. When I make them 666, I get this server error:

I was having this problem and tried uninstalling and reinstalling and using my MASCON my sql program and everything. This was a quick and easy fix. Thanks so much!!!
