"move.gif" is the new animated button for moving text in posts. You only can speak of this picture which is big . The old one would only a few bytes big. I'll optimize it, but it was not my idea to make it animated. "move.gif" was bigger before I re-made it, but I didn't waste much time on it - sorry ...

I mange to reduce it to 3.5kb .. and it is not the only big one

Haven't uppgraded yet to 1.5.1 but will do very soon or sooner that I know may self....

Curently running 1.5.1 RC44 with Supermod and recived this error on bordindex

I haven't changed any settings for at least 2 weeks now. So I'm suprised to find this error this morning on my board.

Can't create/write to file '/var/tmp/#sqlce_23c_1.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
Fil: /usr/webroot/swck/yabbse/Sources/BoardIndex.php
Rad: 162

Login, meberlist etc. is still working fine, but not boardindex  

Any help... please

I have 3 forums running YaBB SE and the upgrade went SO smoothly, except for one little bit with the clicklog thingie in Settings.php, which I fixed ASAP.

Since upgrading from RC38 to 1.5.1 I'm getting a stack load of users having password problems, significantly more than usual. A couple of members cannot get into my forum at all, despite me resetting their passwords.

Also, I wanted to change my profile and that took 6 attempts before my password was recognised???

Is anyone else finding this?

Make sure you've uploaded all the files.  Do a detailed version check if neccessary.

When using upgrade on YaBBSE 1.4.1 it shows: Can't DROP 'memberName'. Check that column/key exists

To solve this I've split the code:

doQuery("ALTER TABLE {$db_prefix}members DROP INDEX memberName, ADD INDEX memberName (memberName(30))");
into two one for dropping and the other for creating.

but am not sure if 1.4.1 had originally a memberName index!!

Hm...just tried to upgrade from 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 final using the Upgrade zip.

Didn't see "Upgrade.php" so used "Install.php".

Got a couple of errors during the upgrade itself, and then at the final stage (running install.php" string of errors and the entire board was wiped.

I'll have to upload my backups until I can figure what went wrong.

That's probably fine.

Why didn't you have an upgrade.php?  Are you sure you got the upgrade package, not safe mode?

EDIT - Ah, yes - I'd downloaded the normal 1.5.1.zip and then renamed it 1.5.1 - upgrade.zip. Silly me!

Just got this error using an attachment (photo):

2: opendir(/home/httpd/myserver/attachments) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory
(/home/chron/public_html/yabbse/Sources/Post.php ln 900)


The attachments directory is in the default place, CHMODed to 777.

The attachments restrictions menu is left blank for all to post.

Any comments?
