There is one.  

You can try out this demo board:
YaBB SE 1.5.1 demo board

You have admin access with:
User: admin
Password: admin

You will not be able to modify the basic settings or the template, also not to post attachments or install packages. But you are able to access the admin menu and look at the admin features.

I will install after work some "reset db data button" by which the database data will be restored to the initial state.

It is just a trial, we'll see if this demo baord will survive.   That means: use it responsibly...
