Help Please

I am using yahoo as my host.  They have support for PHP and MySQL.  I downloaded Yabbse version 4 (something). To upload the files to the host I use their own FTP program.  Y created the directories as the Help files states.  Then i get to a point where it says something about CHMOD777 what is this?? and how do I change it ?? or do i need to change it??. Furthermore, I was also wondering what version I need to download in order to change the language?? say to spanish, or other??  Thanks

Download and install YaBB SE 1.5.1 RC45, do not do any other version.  Check around the forums (particularly at the top).

Unzip the archive and read the readme.html file.  That tells you exactly what you need to do, including CHMOD'ing.
