What is this error that doesn't go away?

I keep getting this error over and over again:

What is it? How do I fix it?

this is nothing bad!

disable in your board compression!
your host (server) already does compress your entire website, or you have 1.5.0 with php 4.3.x then upgrading to 1.5.1 fixed that!
