How do I change the fade speed? I'd like to speed it up

in your admin page click on Forum Preferences and Settings from there scroll down to Time in milliseconds to display each item in the news fader and change that value. Each 1000 is one second.

Someone tell me how to make this work. I know there is a known bug with the fader.js file, but I would like to use the news fader if at all possible.
