Maximum execution time

I am having a small problem and can't find out where to fix this. I have my attchment max size at 2048. Whenever I upload a file that is large but under the size limit, from a computer with slow interent access, I keep getting 'Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded ' where can I find the option to change this setting. Thanks.

That needs to be changed in the PHP settings (php.ini on the server).

Locate your php.ini file (could be in /usr/local/etc).

Look for Resource Links.

Change max_execution_time to 60 (30 is the default).
