Global mods can see hidden email addresses

When global mods edit a post of a member, the hidden email address of that member is shown.

But on the memberlist the hidden email addresses of members are not shown to the global moderators.

I´m wondering why on one place the global mods see the addresses and why it´s hidden on the memberlist.
