Problem

I am trying to install Yabb SE 1.5.0 (cos its the only one i could find the download off) and i had to use the safe mode installer because my server is in safe mode... but then when i try to go to step 7 of the installation i get this error

I'm almost sure you have a password.  Make sure you've checked your details with your host - often they are different or created differently than your FTP info.

Ok. I've seen a similar thing happen. Chances are, "root" is not the username for your mysql server. Make sure the username and password are correct and try again. That should fix the problem.
