These mods may only be used by YaBB SE forum software, unless you have written permission from the mod developer.
Any modifications to the mods must be approved by the 'mod developer' for the sole purpose of use with YaBB SE.
If you can't get a hold of the mod developer by any means such as email, snail mail, phone call, etc., then the YaBB SE Development Team and Administration Team will act on their behalf. You must contact the YaBB SE Team for permission to modify the modification.
Any mods posted on this board are for the soul use of YaBB SE forum and are property of the "Mod Developer" if a mod developer is unreachable by any means, then YaBB SE has the rights to act in their place until contact with the mod developer can be obtained. All rights are reserved. They may not be used or transferred over to any other type of forum without the permission of the mod developer. If a mod developer cannot be reached then permission must be obtained by the YaBB SE Development Team and the Administration Team.
These terms of service are to protect the mod developer's hard work. Their blood, sweat and tears. Any violations of these agreements must be submitted to the 'mod developer' and YaBB SE Team for corrective action.
These mods are not covered by YaBB SE license. They are covered by the mod writer's intellectual rights. Mod Writer's modifications are copyright protected, all rights are reserved.
If permission is obtain to modify a modification, proper credits must be given to the mod writer in the file.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not download or use these YaBB SE modifications.
Mod writers, you may include this T.O.S with your modification to help protect your mod. If you feel something is worded wrongly or does not protect you and your mod, please contact one of the YaBB SE team so we can review the T.O.S to make any changes if necessary.
