Font Size Location?

I have been looking in my template to shrink the font size for my board descriptions. I located most of the others I needed but the board desc font has eluded me. I would appreciate if some one could tell me which part of the template to look in to change it. Thank you much.

this is one of the hard coded style
to change it, search in BoardIndex.php for: $row_board['description']
