Suggestion - Seperate The Mods 4

How about making it easier on the us yabb mod seekers. Seperate the MODS for each version YabbSE into a catagorie or thier own.  MODS for 1.5.1, Mods for 1.4.1, so on so forth.

It if would help, I have a nearly complete collection of mods and posted codes written for each YabbSE as far back as 1.3.0 and a fairly fast FTP site to store them.

LOL.. I just came here to post the very same request. ;D

It would also be really helpful if the post could designate in some unmistakable way which ones have been prepared and tested as YaBBPaks and which are BoardMod files, as well as those that are manual mods only. Something like this perhaps:

(YP=YaBBPak, BM=BoardMod, M=Manual Only)

Plus it would really help if the mods could be clearly marked as Beta or Final.

I find that the normal "Done" seems to mean many different things to different people. I get the impression though that sometimes "Done" gets used before it has even been tested. To me, "Done" means finished, final, debugged and ready to install.

Should "Completed Mods" means just that?
Mods that are ready and released ?

It would be even better if there was a boardmod site like the one for YaBB gold.

My only issue is how to handle a mod that is both 1.4.1 and 1.5.1 and is in several languages and includes both YabbPak and HandMod files?  Because that pretty much describes most of my mods.

just make a link thread, like a moved topic ;)

can't we just make 2 boards instead?
- Mod for 1.5.1
- Mod for older versions
it's not like there are going to be more older mods... and we'd like to encourage ppl do upgrade to 1.5.1

Yes he had a mod, apparently for 1.3.1.... at least, so I've read...

He hasn't updated it to 1.5.1 yet, though....
