Maby a stupid question, but many topics ago I reported a bug twice in dutch.lng but it is still there after a clean install. The function "dump database" is missing when using dutch.lng.

::)

[edit] If you don't know the dutch translation of "dump database" it is: "dump database" ;D [/edit]

Reported this into the bugtracker. Also the bug of letter face and letter type from the YaBBCC tags

Hi there!

I've been using YaBB SE 1.4.1 since October 2002 and there's only one thing I'm not happy with, unfortunately, when I made a clean install with Build 40, it was still there.

All CHMODs are set correctly, data entered (hopefully) correctly, but I can't seem to post attachments - I keep getting this error:

Quote2: chmod() [function.chmod]: Stale NFS file handle
(/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/126/42/yabbbeta/Sources/Post.php ln 888)

I asked for help before here in this forum, never got an answer. My hoster tried to help, but all other forumsoftwares work - just YaBB SE not.
Interesting though, that the file is uploaded; it has CHMOD 600 and is actually there ... I don't know what the problem is.

I hoped the upgrade would do some good, but unfortunately it doesn't.

Server-config:
SuSe-Linux 7.3
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.3.0

Another thing I saw: I made a clean-test-install (to check the attachments, my 1.4.1 still runs smoothly) and there is usually one message already posted, right?
Well, I clicked to "General Discussion", but there was no post.

Then I made a new post, but it was shown afterwards as reply to the first post ("Welcome to YaBB SE!") with the topic-name that I chose for my post ... I hope it got clear what I mean.

Besides that - great work!
Looking forward to your next release!

Best regards,
VSG

Here we got the tracker to report bugs:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=482971&group_id=57105&func=browse

By the way:

Is there no option to assign more member groups to 1 member,
or to assign more member groups to 1 board?

You can't assign more than one membergroup to a member but can assign more than one membergroup to a board/category.

Erm ... yeah sorry,
I just stood up! ;D

Sorry, I know that,
but that's not helping out my problem!

The other way round would be better,
but well, okay let me see what I can do. :-\

Thanks, the multiple messages and users are gone now I installed v40. Only problem now is that after loggin out, I can't log in anymore.
I think it has to do with cookies or sessions but don't know how to solve this problem. Anyone here?

This is not build 40.  Further, it looks as if you might have a MySQL version to low for YaBB SE.  Please post in the support boards.

Quotefound a bug: when you try to edit sum1s profile (im on build 40), it dont work...

Seems to work for me.....

VSG, Try removing the chmod line.... see if that helps.  If it doesn't please post in the support boards.

J@rno and Bart, I will try to get these changes into the language file for the next build.

Thanks,
