thanx for the answer to my problem, but i ended up using the installer, with a dummy table prefix, and then uploading a changed settings.php

Ive gone to 1.5.1 and now all the images to the left on the index page which say if there are new posts or not have disappeared.... any ideas anyone ?

Agelmar, that is something I fixed in my secret project while I was speeding things up..  I can attempt to add a fix to the current beta... when I get home.  (I'm at school now)

OK thanks, cool. Like I said, I would have had no problem if someone just told me to fix it myself, it's just that I'm still on campus right now (ugh!). Have another meeting in just a few minutes, then I will actually be able to go home. Glad to hear you already fixed it though, now I won't have to bother.

on the more stats page for today I have 0 new members shown but viewing the profile of the latest member shows

Noticed the same thing yesterday too, early morning registrations arent added to the new members today column, not sure if it was added to yesterdays.

Anyone else had there new posts images on the left of the index disappear ?

Is this a setting that i just need to turn on or what ?
since moving to 1.5.1 they no longer show and i cant see which boards have new messages in them
