help with "Invalid referring site."

i just installed a board, everything went smoothly but when i post or try to update something or anything, i get

"An Error Has Occurred!

Invalid referring site.

 


Back"

oh and, when i click the "recent posts" i get an error of not having the tag put up, which is weird, maybe both of these have to do with the same problem, i don't know.
