I want to use the language in Vietnamese ( Unicode ), so I edited Template File and Replace the TAG
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" /> by TAG
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> !
But It doesn't work properly, It always show Forum in Encoding Western European
?
