OK... I see now...

However, this mod package just replaces a bunch of existing source files... (PackageGet.php, MessageIndex.php, LogInOut.php, InstantMessage.php and Admin.php) and adds one.

Had I actually run this YabbPak it would have totally screwed up any other mods I had made to those files.  Your intenstions may have been good but that is not a good way to do a mod.  Pin point the changes you need to make and do <search and replace> or <search and add> on those files.  Don't just replace whole files like that.  Very dangerous.  Specially Admin.php... nearly every mod that allows you to configure things in the admin section has made changes to this file... they would all be gone.  

At least warn people before hand so they won't bother to download it if they don't want those files to be replaced.

Write a mod the real way and someone might use it.  No way in hell I'm touching that.  Not with the way you're replacing entire source files.
