[Done 1.5.x & 1.4.1] Application Mod

Small problem.  I installed this mod on one of my boards and everything worked perfectly.  Today I installed on another board 1.5.1 and everything works, but the latest member and the member numbers don't change.  It's like the member is there, but nothing else is updated in terms of stats on the board index.  I know this question was asked earlier in the thread, but I didn't really see a solution.  What am I missing?

check the registered date of that last member and see if its in the future

I don't know how old the mod I have was, but there was a bug that I found in there that was causing Javascript errors on the register page.

Should read like this:

Tell me what you think.  The reason the error was coming up was because your mod changes the name of the forum submit from creator to application.

it should work fine in 1.5.2
i have no plans to do the global mod access, i have other stuffs (mods) to do right now
if u want to do it yourself, i think you'll only need to copy all of the changes made in Admin.php to GModCenter.php

if you use boardmod: www.boardmod.org, it will do all the changes for you; read the FAQ in boardmod site before using the program
also read the readme.txt that comes with this mod for installation instructions

Searhing for:

if (!(($action == 'login') || ($action == 'login2') || ($action == 'register') || ($action == 'register2') || ($action == 'reminder')))

Replace with:

if (!(($action == 'login') || ($action == 'login2') || ($action == 'register') || ($action == 'apply') || ($action == 'reminder')))

What's wrong here? I don't see it?

well, one of the mods you've installed might have changed that file, what you can do is click [Edit Mod] in the BoardMod program, and delete step 6
after applying the mod, edit index.php and change that line yourself
just change the ($action == 'register2') into ($action == 'apply')

Thanks, I'll try that. One more question.... Is this setting really necessary? I want guests to be able to post and view the board.

- go to Forum Settings in admin section and check the checkboxes for: "Disallow guests from doing anything but login or register?"

that one is optional, but you must check "email random password"
