boardmod and linux

I recently moved my forum over to linux and having a problem with getting mods installed now.

Is anyone using boardmod with linux successfully?

I download the package from the boardmod website which is supposed to work on linux but im getting this error:

./BoardMod: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm sorry if this is duplicate post but I tried searching and didn't find anything on any linux/unix versions.. just the win32 versions.

The best place to post your question would be at the boardmod site - http://boardmod.yabbforum.com. Apparently other people have been successful with the WINE version of BoardMod, but I haven't tried it, myself.

thanks... i just decided to install samba.. so now i just map a drive letter to my www directory in windows and i can do whatever i want...

works much better in the longrun
