You would just add && $settings[7] != 'Membergroup Name' to that first line.

I installed who's online on an new forum, but the image whos online didn't appear in the menu.

Small question !

I have an English user with the ip : 129.35.81.17

Problem is that it shows the French flag, and for some odd reason he is not very happy about that

You can get a newer version of the ip-to-country database from http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/. Once you download it you just delete the entries in the current ip2country table and run the php file again.
