Is there some way to make it so if you post something and say forgot the subject line and go back after getting the screen that says you need a subject line without losing all of your post?

Turn or off disable output caching :) It's in Installed mods and Settings.

Well...I don't know about that...but that's the trade off I suppose. Don't know why it would be more insecure but...
