Just a heads up for everyone... If you have any smilies that start with a capital letter P, you'll want to change it to a lowercase p, otherwise you'll get followed by whatever the rest of the filename is and another : (ie you get ":Peace!:" instead of the image for Peace!.gif...)

you have to watch out for lower case o as well as in offwall have to change the lower case o to an upper case O otherwise you'll get :offwall: instead of

That's ont if you use the colon as part of the code. Most people don't, but otherwuse watch for lower case.

The error occures when I set the option 'read dir'. CHMOD your directory 755 if it isn't already (ie. /smilies/). That might be it.

I installed the supermod with this included... and I cannot reorder them .. they move .. but not to the right place
any suggestions

Are you reading the smilies from a directory? If so, you can't reorder smilies. But, then again it might be something to do with the supermod, which I'm not able to support! Ask in the supermod thread.

in order to fixthis had to give all the smiles numbers for names and number them in order ... then upload them in order too and add them in reverse order
but it works now

on a side note ..
is there away to add the more smiles to the quick reply?

on yabb gold I made a mod to add more smiles to an old release of the quick reply, but when I tried to do it on here I failed miserbly and desided to ask

You didn't answer my question. Anyway, if you are reading the smilies from a directory (by ticking the checkbox in the Mod Settings Area), the smilies are read alphabetically.

To your other question, there is a way to do everything. But, if you want it you'll have to figure it out for yourself I'm afraid.

Assuming you are using SE there is an option in your Admin CP under Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options in the add more smilies section that allows you to select the window size.

Err, isn't it set as resizeable by default?

In POST.php search for:

As you can see, resize is enabled. I dont have the mod installed beside me, so I can't check it out for you. But that's what you need anyway. Or you can do as Lightorical said.

however, when I looked in my mod settings options as Lightorical mentioned  - at the bottom of my modsettings I have 4 checkboxes with no text next to the boxes. Only the first check box is checked. And there is 2 fields to change the size of the window as well.  

Hmmm? is the text suppose to say next to the check boxes?
