Just upgraded from 1.4.1 to 1.5.1 RC1 and everything went fine, released the board and it looked ok, my users were able to post and so on (and much more faster too). But in my opininion something strange has started to happen. I'm not very sure if it's just me or is something seriously wrong but I think it's worth mentioning here.

After 20 minutes browsing the board I kept having "page cannot found" from browser, then after hitting refresh couple of times board appears again normally, can post. Then, seems completely random, problem appears again. Any suggestions?

I have found a little but irritating bug:

When I use dutch.lng the function "dump database" is missing in my admin-centre:

Have you considered the possibility of your browser (or even the internet) being guilty? I quite often get spurious 404s (that clear on the first reload) with IE6 at *this* site and others, but I've learned to live with that!

Yeah? me not ... nearly never!

I got a question:

How do you set the color of the different member groups,
like admin or global mod in 1.5.1?
Would be cool to set the member group colors in an easy way,
maybe in the CSS?!

My browser window where forum was got completely dead for 20 minutes, I was browsing other sites and every now and then hit refresh on the forum window, and 404 all the time (even after hitting refresh 20 times or so). That's why I got confused and worried. Then I finally cleared everything related to my browser and now everything works. I guess I just was too hasty, sorry about that.

Upgrade by the way went smoothly (php 4.2.3), and new features are extremely useful. Great!

But one tiny error, smilies and tags buttons don't work ("error on page"), a member of my forum also reported same thing. They worked before the upgrade and now here when posting this.

I had the same error in the first beta.
When i updated to last beta build the bugs where gone.

I dont now if you have the last build (37), if not it might fix your problems.

The links to the "Last Post" in the board index all seem to take you to Page 1 now rather than to the latest page. It seems that the  $startPage  variable in BoardIndex.php is getting set after it is used for some reason, or have I just got a defective copy?

Also, the "..." doesn't seem to get used to replace long thread titles on the board index page - is this a bug or a new feature?

Overall though, great work btw. :)

It's not v1.5.1, it's not YaBB SE, and it's not this site... the Internet has been under attack for the last two days:

AntTiv, the post at the top of this page. :) Although yesterday here, everytime I made a post, or modified a post, the page would either take forever to load, or I'd get a "cannot display page" error. Other folks must have gotten too, since duplicated and triplicate posts abounded yesterday. :)

I'm guessing it was part of the MSSQL attack that slowed the entire net down, since it's not happening this evening when I post.

EDIT: Famous last words... got a page not found when I hit submit on this message. :)
