Split is on each post because you have to be able to pick *where* to split from!

Why isn't there a way to disable it though? I don't think its going to be used that often.
Maybe the interface should be designed so that it doesn't need to be on every post?

I like how the merge/split is designed.  Also one of the few parts of Mach8 we still have with us.

I know this has been posted, asked and answered before, I just don't know where. I used the search function without any luck, so here's the question again:

Just upgraded to 1.5.1...everything went smoothly except I encountered the multiple user-instance-thing again. Is there a fix for this already or is it just the PHP version on the host that has to be updated?

i think the mysql is still ok, but all the files were deleted from the directory ..

what should i download to replace files (i had build 38) but not change any mysql?

(i really wish i saved my template and css file i made to use with template, its gunna take yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrssssss to redo )

Its a good idea, but my site is like 2 weeks new ... google couldnt seem to find my site .....

OK, here's something in 1.5.1 that bothers me... (I thought we fixed this a year ago in one of the closed betas, maybe not, or maybe it got unfixed...)

Anyhow, if you print a topic: the pge you get says Message Started by: <display name>
and yet the first post shows:
Title: <title>
Post by: <username> on blah blah. (Note - here it uses username, not display name as it does in the message started line.) Frankly, I think that all the post by: lines should show display name, not username...

I dont have time to look through right now and fix it, and I'm not home until 10 tonight, but I think this is something that should be fixed and will do it myself if nobody else says they will do it by the time I get home...

you should use the upgrade or update version, dont do full/clean install

Agelmar, that is something I fixed in my secret project while I was speeding things up..  I can attempt to add a fix to the current beta... when I get home.  (I'm at school now)
