When I open the Profile in the Internet Explorer before the instalation in the BoardMod, I saw this:

What is this?!

I can't make much out of what you are saying but I'm guessing that you haven't run the db file. Look in the zip file and check you've actioned any files in there

The DB File is normal
the problem is:

I agree with Anguz, the notification of reply is one of the most important  features that QuickReply needs.

You have to put

Code Select Expand

<input type="checkbox" name="notify" /> somewhere in Subs.php (the last function in that file). So you get a checkbox for the notify-function.
