Well, all that's required is to ob start using ob_gzhandler, and then set the headers up (ie Content-Type).

Does it real work with 1.5, to Backup a 15 MB database, and to restore it?

Boardmod, and I, cant find:

on a YaBBse with all Bugpatches...

Thanks for the mod :)

I've tested the backup and it seems to work fine... I haven't had cause to test the restore yet though so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed it will work if I need it...

the next version of our dump_database is with compression!

the restore will not be added in yabbse adminsection (when your database is screwed up, you canĀ“t acces the admin section) so we make a little external restore center!

if anyone wish a restore in admin section in next release of 1.5.x then please tell it me!

I wish it  :P  :-*

Most of  Restore Jobs i had, was to restore with working YaBBs / DBs. But an external Center too would be nice, specially for less skilled Users.
