Import from perl Yabb 1.1 gold

I have a forum running in the perl version of yabbb.

I'm considering a move to the php /mysql version,
so how do i import/move over..

It's only a few hundred posts, as yet, but growning quickly..

I didn't know where to find the docs on this.
Is it doable.?
is it automatic?

Don't quite see why this is in the documentation project board, but oh well.  Yes, it is doable.  Both the safemode and non-safe mode installers have converters built in to them.  My suggestion is even though the converter only reads your perl YaBB files to back them up anyway.

Download converter.php from the download page and run it in the YaBB SE directory. Note: The 1.1 files must be on the same server (in another dir).

apologies, if that post got dropped inthe wrong section,
was looking for documentation. it said documentation

does the importer handle the accounts information also?

I assume it can.. I'll try it out soon..

great work on yabbSE chaps, It's looking excellent so far..
