YABBSE Upgrade - Anyway of importing member list!?

I am currently upgrading my php, cause it seems the people at my host company were running a grandma old ass version of PHP, and forget to tell me how utterly incompatible it was with anything.

Never the less they are switching servers and they said
all information within the site will be lost.

My question is....
Is there any way to import members into the new forums of will they have to re-input the stuff again.?

How about posts?
I have so many recources in post on mapping and editing..

is there any way i can back that up and import them as well into yabbse?

Or do I have the horrible task of re-inputting all that data back manually?

There's a converter included that can convert both members and topics/messages.

Use the converter that comes with the install pakage to convert your YaBB1G or YaBB1G SP1 forums.

you can also FTP into your webspace account and then download all the YaBB1G files to your computer.
