Getting Errors After Intall

PHP Version:
MySQL Version: 4.0.x
Server Platform: Unix, Linux, or BSD

Problem Description:
I am getting a weird error which you can view @ http://ttucsl.urlq.com/yabbse/index.php just need some input from some Vets of Yabb..

Doesn't look weird at all to me...

Looks like you've either entered the wrong 'Database Password' in 'Forum Preferences and Settings' or changed the MySQL password through external means (non YaBB SE) since you installed the forum!

Now i am just getting an Access denied error. But i made the databases, specified the same passwords for the database... I dont understand it lol. <<< Newb to Forums.
