Needed Options

It should be standard to be able to ban some domains. like anything from freemail.com

It should be a standard option (as most forums have) to be able to have a setting that will require all registrations to be viewed "FIRST" before access is given. I looked for this and was very surprized that there was no option for it (considering how professional this package is). This would save a lot of trouble when dealing with persistent problem users or spamers.

Third "suggestion" is that there be an option to have the recent posts on a separate page, and the amount of posts listed be could be adjustable from admin.

All in all it's a great program. You've done a masterful job, but these options are needed. Especially the first one.

I believe this has been suggested already and is planned for Trinity (YaBB SE 2).

There is a Mod for this in the Mods folder, I don't think it's been updated to work with 1.5.1 Final yet.  Would be a great suggestion for 2.x, though.

Check SSI.php and SSI_examples.php.  You can do this now.  :)

Just wait on my release of UltraBan mod, which is stuffed with features like e-mail/domain/ip-range/username banning, registration after approval, 'cannot-post'-ban, etc. Also it has a some user & ip tracking features.

(I'm planning on releasing the first beta tonight)

The release is on hold for a few days, as I thought of some new extra features that just had to be on there :)

Here's something I put together for a client today.  I'll package it up as a mod tomorrow.

* unknown likes Joseph Fung's mod - simple and complete.
* unknown is thinking about adding it to his secret project with an option - "Require Approval for User Registration"... if Joseph Fung doesn't mind.
* unknown thinks it would be a good addition to the "Disable Usre Registration" option he already added.

* unknown is trying to decide what to add next... ;D.
