I tried to install YabbSE on localhost (Win 98 Apache 1.3.27 MySql 3.23 PHP 4.1.1) and got a very strange bug... Sometimes (just sometimes) it shows parse error in Config.php line 126 (sorry, if it's wrong: i've lost a paper where I wrote it down) in the admin account setup. I looked at the file in syntax-highlighting editor and neither program, nor me had found anything...

After re-installing couple of times bug disappeared.

If anybody's interested I'll try to reproduce this and post any files needed here after the weekend.

I've found an increasing number of people have an error on line 126, and it's owrrying me....

But it always goes away if they try upgrading it again.

I'm perplexed.

if it's at line 129, i had it because i installed the remove click log mod, and when upgrading,  the new settings.php will say:
$ClickLogTime = ;
$max_log_days_old = ;

No, it was clean install, not upgrade...
