Erstellt und Editiert Zeit ohne am und pm

Hallo  :)
kann mir jemand sagen welche Datei die Zeit schreibt.
muss die ändern, denn trotz deutscher Zeiteinteilung
im Adminbereich wird das Beschi:-X am und pm immer
noch angezeigt.

du musst auch die zeit im profil korrekt setzen! profil geht über adminsection einstellung!
