Is it possible to set up the board so it has more than one administrator?

Of course - once the board is set up, register the second member.  Then, log in as the first administrator and go to edit the profile of this new member.  At the bottom of the profile editing page there is a drop-down menu from which you can select Administrator.  Do so, and click Save Changes and voila.
