attachments error

this is my error:
Code Select
2: Unable to move '/tmp/phpqLLwbQ' to './attachments/1.jpg'
(/home/whitesands/yabbse/Sources/Post.php ln 612)
when i try to attach anything, a file called as the file i'm attaching appears in the /attachments folder, but it is 0 kb!!!
how can i solve it?

seems to be a directory structure permissions issue! tmp is owned by other user (other uid)!

you have to tell this your server admin!
