Lets see, YaBBSE is faster... it uses less bandwidth... it has a few things that SP1 doesn't... do I need to keep listing?

yes the converter will have to run from the same server....

You could always install apache/php/mysql locally and download your gold board and do the conversion on your own computer then upload it to your new host...

You must conver it on your server.  This is the case bcause the computer that does the converter must be running a web server, mysql, and php.
