nope.  all I used was the standard tools.

Took screen shots.  Cropped them to squares, skewed them appropriately and shaded them with a faded brush.

I created the drop shadow with a paintbrush.

I would of just took screen shots and applied them as textures to a box in 3D Studio MAX (my other hobby is 3d animation ;) )
