How Do I transfer an existing board from one URL to another?

How can I transfer my board from 1 URL to another? I have it established on one site, and I am looking to move it to another site. Any help is appreciated.

You must first backup your database, most people use phpMyAdmin to do this.  Then backup the files on your old server.  Connect to your new server and upload the files.  Then once again, on the new server this time, use phpMyAdmin to create your database and import the sql file you created from the old server.
