Two months ago I set up a Forum with YaBB Gold and it is really ace.  I like what I read about SE, especially the speed, but I am terrified about tinkering with something that works and messing it up.
I have searched the site but failed to find (probably my fault) a simple guide as to how easy/difficult it is.  
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

lol its very easy -  basically just run the converter.php file :) its anice run through with just entering settings and clicking buttons - does all the work for you :)
