Template Query

Hi i have just setup Yabb but cant seem to be able to modify the template.

Ive tried from within admin and ive tried just replacing the template.html file but it doesnt want to work for some reason.

It just keeps using the standard initial template.

Have i missed something???

Ive tried pasting the template into a html page that i want to use within its own table but it still only displays the original template.

Any ideas.

The forums are at http://forums.snowzone.net.au and the template that i tried can be found at http://forums.snowzone.net.au/template.html

When I remove template.php and reload the board its not right ie the board link buttons are missing and its not letting me edit the template at all.  Do I have to do something other than just delete template.php?
