Help with Template

Hey, all , im trying to do smething that *should* seem easy, Im trying to take the default template, and just putting it inside of another, kinda like my site template, replace the content with the current existing template, but foir some reason it loads the template twice, and doesn't do jack with the <yabb>'s any ideas?
