adverts mod!

hi guys is there anyway that the signature box on profile could be only shown to administrators,or give the users one line for signatures, and then where the signature normally appears i could put adverts, as my forums are going to need plenty of ad's i thought this would be a good idea plus say a mod so that multiple images or ad's could be Rolled over in the box on each post, like a banner rotator, because 468x60 banners fit in that box just nice plus if i put them in i dont want the users taking them out,

What you can do is disable signatures and modify the codes!

yep i suppose that would work if i knew php or mysql, gimme a break i didnt know what a pl file was till a month ago let alone the other 2 above, be gentle wi' me.


for me it would be better as a mod till i get to grips with things

no mate in each post where your sig box is like in my post above, if i could alter each member of my forums signature and put  an advert in then even my members could have their own adverts for their own companies in their individual posts but they would have to ask me to do it because i dont want them to have access to the sig box

yes it would be cool as for sites that will incurr advertising as a form of revenue, to keep their servers paid for a mod like this is ideal this one combined with the one i'm talking about, will provide extra advertising space, let's see if someone can come up with one, also is anybody doing this chat mod yet, because i could really do with one that says which users are online
