A few questions about the conversion process

OK, well, here are a few questions for y'all ...

a) does it matter if my Y1G board is on Maintenance Mode or Not during the conversion process?

b) How long does the conversion process last? Step 4 seems to hang for me.  Or am I just not waiting long enough?  

c) I've gotten these errors on every attempt I've made so far, but proceeded anyway (and end up hanging on step 4), has anybody else had the same?  If so, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

d) I have the addmoregroups mod installed on my Y1G SP1.  I heard that on version 1.0.0 that the mod is not there.  What will happen to my extra groups?  Is there anyway I can keep them?

You are now fine...damn path errors eh?

A) Doesn't matter - I have tested with board running only though

B) Can take a few seconds to a minute or two - depends on size

C) Were path errors

D) Currently there are only custom titles in 1.1.0 and NOT more membergroups (I know you installed 1.1.0 no problem though).

I start to convert a bigger board, but after step 4 I got a Error 500 after a few seconds... Why? Other conversions of small boards weren´t a problem...
