Topic Post Always on Top

i'd like to see the topic always be at the top of a page.

i.e. If the thread has 3 pages, the first post is always at the top.

Things get easily off topic on my board, and it would just be easier to mark them off topic, if i could see what the inital post was about.

Does that make sence?
