How do I get a cool progress bar?

I've noticed a lot of users have progress bars in their signatures - how do you get them

They were images that Christian Land created for us to use during development

Pray to the gods, tie a flounder to your head and chant this:

"Oh powerful YaBB Developers
 bestow upon me,
 your humble patron,
 who is unworthy of your glory,
 and who likes to listen to Garth Brooks,
 while performing decorative wall treatments,
 and wearing fuzzy bunny slippers,
 a status bar"

And send us a donation for $15 (this last part is important    )

As someone creating a mod it would be useful to let everyone know how I was getting along.

As a compromise I'll tie the flounder to my head and chant the rhyme but as a student I can't afford the $15!
