I guess birthday mod displays names of the members, who have birthday on that day, on the main page. ;)

If the calendar mod has this feature then the birthday mod doesn't need to apply in the board, right?

I already have a tight azz calendar software application. I just want the MOD Birthday added to this board!!!

jeeze.  bawling for it isn't going to make it happen  ::)

There are other things being worked on, and the birthday mod is on the list, but hasn't been touched so far.  If you want it so badly - code it.

I had half this mod completed, when the original birthday mod author told me it was being done by someone else.
The birthday mod was buggy, and i was fixing all the problems in it, but I stopped because of the "Don't code mods other people are writing" :P So, it shouldn't be much longer for its release  ;)

Big P, is DemonSlayer working on it, or that other fellow that first started birthday mod? Also, if you've already started fixing the bugs and doing it properly, I'd continue if I were you (but i'm not, soo...). If you stick with your decision not to, would you be able to send me a little info on the bugs you know of, so that I could check them out?

Demonslayer wrote the original edition, which was once written by Max. I dunno who's writing the new one.
Bugs, there were loads, space bugs, shows wrong user age on boardindex etc.
Plus i was removing the whole table from the boardindex unless there was a birthday, so it didn't say: "No brithdays on 12/12/02", which looked crap. And no I'm not completing it as I said above.  :P ::)

Yeh, plus the .mods and their subsequent patches were hell. :P

Bugwise, I've pretty much made the same fixes to my current birthdaymod running on my Y1G board. It now displays the correct age and I've moved the position of the birthday display, also removing it completely if there aren't any birthdays that day. Haven't touched most of the rest, though. What do you mean by "space bugs"?
