I get this error when trying to run the installer:

Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function ini_get() in /home/drac/public_html/ffxi/forums/install.php on line 27

the function ini_get is only supported in version's 4.0.0 and above so the server your on isnt running a version oh PHP above 4.0.0
