Did you ever use Y1G?  it's the same way, in your admin section, go to Edit Boards, enter the username of the person you wish to be a moderator in the moderators box and click modify.

that's it? but why doesn't it change the moderator profile, it's still a god member?

Depends how you set the privilegies. If you made the member a moderator of one specific forum, the member shows up as moderator only in posts within that specific forum. If you assign a specific membergroup to this member (within the member profile), the member profile will show this in every thread in every forum.

got it, I changed the member to global moderator then make a board for this moderator but it doesn't change. It just kindda confusing at first. thx
